1. Major Activities of the Month
Ramadan started on 24/March/2023 and the PI international consultant members are requested not to conduct field activities during the period of Ramadan. During the period, the PI consultant team was mainly engaged for preparing the Draft Final Report from home. The PI international consultant members resumed their activities form 25/April immediately after the Eid al-Fitr.
1.1 Preparation of the Draft Final Report
The Draft Final Report covers work activities and achievements during the period of the consulting services from September 2019 up to April 2023. The Project Administrator was be despatched to join the international experts for an intensive collaboration to prepare for the report. In the report, the overall progress of the Project and the consulting service work is reviewed in the first chapter, after which the work activities are revisited by the six targets which were set to achieve the goal of the consulting service work. The appendix document is separately prepared, covering materials as key outputs from the consulting service activities. The content of the report is shown below.
1.2 Newspaper advertisement
The project advertisement was issued in five different newspapers as in the following dates.
